Training Plans

Amity offers two structured paths to help athletes of all levels grow in the sport, whether you're just starting out or building toward your next race.
 

The Beginner Triathlete 101 Plan is your entry point into triathlon. Designed for true beginners, this program breaks down swimming, biking, and running into clear, manageable steps so you can build confidence, learn proper technique, understand training zones, and prepare for your first race without feeling overwhelmed. No experience required; just the willingness to show up.
 

The General Triathlon Training Plan is for athletes who already have a base and want a consistent, goal-driven structure. This plan provides weekly swim, bike, run, and strength sessions, progressive training blocks, fueling guidance, and community support to help you get faster, fitter, and more intentional with your training.
