A legal disclaimer
All membership fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.
Once a membership payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
Event fees, clinics, training programs, and special offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
If an event is canceled by Amity, registrants may receive:

A full refund or
-
A credit toward a future Amity event (at Amity’s discretion)
Changes to Services
Amity reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaches, or programming without refund. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance.
Members agree to contact Amity directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Suspension or termination of membership

Removal from Amity events or platforms
